For 36 years Richard Siluma, musically known as Saggy Saggila, has been mixing it up on the South African Reggae scene. Singer, composer, producer and manager for the late Lucky Dube. Siluma has not only seen the roots of Reggae take hold in South Africa, but has been an enormous part of its growth.
