808x was born on the 4th of November 1997. He is a musical producer, DJ, sound engineer and founding member of rising internet collective and multi-media business, Innanetwav. The collective is responsible for the rise of the new wave sound in the South African mainstream. Despite the fact that his sound can be categorized as Trap music, he has a unique sound. His beats are animated with 808 drums and a retro charm created by his fat sub bass sounds. His beats ooze recognisable hi hats, clap, clave and snare sounds commonly found in Trap music today.
